Log into your RY account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Securely
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned beauty products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
